Frequently Asked Questions

What you want to know, clearly answered.

We have gathered answers to questions about choosing a service and starting a project. Select a topic to explore the relevant questions.

Our working process

What should I prepare for our first conversation?

Start by telling us about your business, goal and current needs. Your website, social accounts and examples you like can make the conversation more specific. A prepared project brief is not required.

What if I do not know which service I need?

We can start with the outcome you want. By reviewing your current situation, we can identify which website, software, content or advertising services to prioritise.

When are the budget and delivery date agreed?

The proposal and schedule are prepared after reviewing the scope, deliverables and required materials. Content preparation, approvals and additional requirements can affect the schedule.

Can I request changes during the project?

Feedback is reviewed at agreed stages. The proposal defines the revision scope. If a new feature or additional deliverable changes the scope, its effect on budget and timing is assessed separately.

Who prepares the text, photos and videos?

We review your existing materials at the start. If new text, photos or videos are needed, the proposal sets out who will produce them and which deliverables are included.

Can we continue working together after delivery?

Yes. We can prepare a suitable plan for ongoing needs such as technical support, maintenance, content production, account management or advertising. The scope and terms are agreed separately; these are not automatically included in every service.

Web design

What determines the price?

The page scope, design needs, content preparation and custom functionality affect pricing. The project scope needs to be clarified before a quote can be prepared.

How is the project timeline determined?

The timeline depends on the project scope, content readiness and review stages. Once the requirements are clear, a suitable launch plan can be developed.

Who prepares the content?

Existing copy, photography and brand materials are reviewed at the outset. New content requirements and responsibilities are defined as part of the project scope.

Can an existing website be redesigned?

The redesign scope can be determined by reviewing the existing website’s content, infrastructure and requirements. This includes content migration and necessary redirects.

How does support work after launch?

Maintenance, updates and technical support are considered according to the project scope. Included services should be clarified at the proposal stage.

Custom web software

When is custom software a suitable choice?

Custom software can be considered when existing tools cannot support your workflow, permissions, approvals, reporting or data exchange needs. We first assess your requirements and the limitations of your current tools.

Can you integrate with our existing systems?

Integration depends on the system's APIs, access permissions and data structure. A technical review determines the scope, security requirements and any third-party costs.

Can the software be developed in stages?

Requirements can be prioritised to define an initial release. Later features can be planned around user feedback, with a separate scope and budget agreed for each stage.

Social media management

What can social media management include?

The scope can include content planning, copywriting, design, shoots, publishing and account management. The proposal specifies the included services, including any advertising management and shoot deliverables.

Can we review content before it is published?

Content planning and review stages are agreed at the start. Brand voice, sensitive topics and the approving contact are defined to establish a feedback process before publication.

Are increases in followers or sales guaranteed?

Specific follower or sales figures are not guaranteed. Results depend on content, product, audience, budget and platform conditions. Evaluation criteria are set according to your goals.

AI solutions

Where can AI be used in my business?

AI can support repetitive text tasks, information retrieval, content preparation and selected workflows. We first define the use case, data access and points that require human review.

Should AI outputs be reviewed?

Yes. AI can produce incorrect or incomplete responses. Validation and human approval should be planned for the use case; critical decisions should not rely solely on automated outputs.

Are AI tool fees included in the service?

Tools, APIs, licences and usage limits are assessed when designing the solution. Responsibility for third-party charges and whether they are included in the proposal are specified separately.

Video and photography

How should we prepare for a shoot?

We review the purpose, intended channels, products and location together. Product readiness, location arrangements and participants are agreed during planning.

Which formats are photos and videos delivered in?

Delivery formats depend on the intended use. Aspect ratios, resolutions and versions for websites, social media or advertising are agreed in the proposal.

Are raw shoot files included?

Raw files and edited deliverables are separate items. Expectations for raw footage, project files and usage rights are discussed before the shoot and specified in the proposal.

Advertising management

Is the advertising budget the same as the management fee?

No. The advertising budget pays for ad delivery on platforms; the management fee covers planning, setup and monitoring. Content production and other additional needs are clarified separately in the proposal.

Which advertising platform should we use?

Platform selection depends on your audience, offering and intended outcome. Existing data, landing pages and available content inform an appropriate starting plan.

How is advertising performance evaluated?

Goals such as enquiries, sales or reach are defined at the start. Performance is assessed using the data available through the measurement setup. Specific sales or conversion volumes are not guaranteed.

Reels production

Can we work together just for reels production?

Yes. Reels production can be planned without account management or other services. The shoot, editing and deliverables are agreed according to your needs.

How many reels can be produced in one shoot?

The number depends on concepts, locations, preparation and editing requirements. Video quantities, lengths and required versions are agreed before the shoot.

Can we use reels videos in advertising?

Please tell us before the shoot if the videos will be used in advertising. Format, copy, music and permissions are reviewed for that purpose; ad publishing and management are scoped separately.
