Website
If you have an existing website, share its link, the pages you have in mind, available copy and visuals, and the features you need. If the page or content list is not ready, we can create it together.
Project Preparation Guide
You do not need to arrive at the first meeting with a complete file. Knowing your goal, what you already have and your priorities is enough to get started. We can plan what is missing together.
What can you prepare?First meeting
None of these need to be fully decided. Share what you know, and we can clarify the remaining points together during the first meeting.
Tell us what you want to achieve, the problem you want to solve and the outcome that matters most to you.
Share who you want to reach and, if available, your current customer profile. If it is not clearly defined yet, we can work through it together.
Share your target launch, shoot or delivery date if you have one. We assess the timeline together with the scope and readiness.
An approximate budget range helps us set realistic priorities and shape the scope.
Existing materials
Older, incomplete or outdated materials are still useful. We first review what you have, then decide together what can be used and what needs to be prepared.
Each service requires different starting information. This is not an exhaustive checklist; it is the essential information that can make the first meeting more productive.
If you have an existing website, share its link, the pages you have in mind, available copy and visuals, and the features you need. If the page or content list is not ready, we can create it together.
Share the products or services to be filmed, the location, the people who will take part and any references you like. We can plan product and location preparation together before the shoot.
It is enough to explain how the work is handled today, who will use the system, which steps take time and any Excel files, software or other tools currently used. We do not expect you to define the technical solution.
Decisions and planning
Several people can contribute to a project. However, assigning one person to consolidate feedback and final decisions helps reduce conflicting requests and keeps the process clearer.
Share any important launch, campaign, event or delivery date at the beginning.
An approximate budget range helps us prioritize needs and evaluate an appropriate scope.
What if everything is not ready?
Your logo may need updating. Your copy may not be ready. You may not know which pages you need or how to prepare for a shoot. We can identify these needs before the project and plan the required materials together.
Tell us about your brand’s needs and the project you have in mind. Let’s define the right scope together.
